Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in stunning Orange County California with my wonderful wife JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I blog about my everyday life and share the good and the bad. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. old. I wouldn't be sharing my story to you now if my parents didn't work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I strived to impress them and were adamant regarding being successful. I was set with a goal for my life: college graduate land a corporate job get married buy an apartment and have children. I believed this was the epitome of success however, life was not so sure for me to discover what success meant. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to my work job the money and status were not what I was looking forward toand I was feeling like I was just wasting my time on a salary when I realized that I was destined to do more. When I began to research this new direction in my career and discovered I was passionate about working out. Also, I enjoyed getting out and about as well as helping other people. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. There are a few Asian women who work in the business. As a coach, I want to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Additionally, I want to encourage others to go after their goals and achieve whatever they would like to in life. As my career was taking off, I had to deal with the most devastating loss in my lifeand that was the loss of my mother. Her battle with Scleroderma for eight years is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always remain in my heart and mind. While you might not see it at first, life does a wonderful job of providing us with what we truly require. The loss of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I'm convinced she provided me a second chance in life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to begin her new life which gave me my second chance at living a happy, fulfilling life. It's been a while since I've had a that I truly feel like I am alive. My story is being available to you in order to share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. It is possible to achieve any thing if you put your mind to the task. Therapy is normal and necessary. It is health that's the biggest asset. Since death is the only thing that we can have I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
